 Leadership/Participation: 10 points
 Initiative/Potential: 10 points
 Other:  5 points

   Each applicant recieves a total number of points from each member of the committee based upon the answers given.   The Chairman of the Committee totals the number of points each applicant receives from the committee members and students who receive the highest number of points are awarded the scholarships.
