Harrison County Student Achievement Scholarship

The Harrison County Student Achievement Scholarships will be
awarded to graduating Harrison County high school seniors who will be attending an institution of post-secondary education or technical school.

The committee's intent is to recognize outstanding student potential, in consideration of a variety of aspects.   These include, but are not limited to academics, leadership, creativity, and personal development.   .  In evaluating academics, the committee takes into consideration the degree of difficulty in the students class load.  The committee is interested in identifying students who are well rounded and exhibit exceptional qualities, and potential to become leaders in all career fields.   With this in mind, the committee has established scholarship categories to award students of great potential in the Fine Arts and Technical career fields as well.   Please specify the type of scholarship for which you are applying.  Note:  # 8.
